Rori the Fire Engine for Malaysia

Oyez!Books, a children's book publisher based in Kuala Lumpur has acquired the Malay language rights to a series of six books by Tyas Widjati and Indra Bayu, published by Penerbit PT Kaninsius.

The main character, a fire engine gets into scrapes and adventures with its friends, the ambulance, the waste truck, the school bus, the police car and others.

Discussions began at the Frankfurt Book Fair, 2019 but was put on hold due to disruptions brought about by the Covid-19 pandemic. Finally, agreements were reached and the books are scheduled to be published in Q1 of 2021.
